Skilla is a urban clothing line based on positive energy, love of music, love, and the loving and fun-filled personality of Darold Pinnock. Since childhood, Darold always found himself drawing and as he got older, his interest in designing and drawing led him to freelance graphic and web designing. In 2008, after doing quite a few freelance t-shirt designs, the idea of starting a clothing line came to him and that is when he knew that he wanted to create and come up with a clothing line that promotes positivity.

Skilla’s style stems from Darold’s typography (word art), comics and architecture background. The name SKILLA was a high school nickname that his friends gave Darold. They thought he was skilled in various areas, mainly dancing, and the name kind of stuck and he decided to name the clothing line SKILLA because it was a pretty unique name and that uniqueness perfectly symbolizes the Exclusiveness of his brand.
